Connect the GPS Antenna
GPS is essential for location-based services, such as E911 emergency services. Unfortunately, GPS reception can
be weak or nonexistent in some locations, especially indoors, where the building structure may interfere with GPS
reception. Because of this, the included GPS antenna must be connected to the product and located in the same
room or area as the product.
Connect the GPS antenna to the GPS port on the product, and then place the receiving end of the GPS antenna as
close as possible to an outside window or doorway. When placing the receiving end of the GPS antenna, be aware
that it must be in the same room or area as the product.
