Reset the Product

Reset the Product
If a status lamp indicates a failure, the product may need to be reset. Resetting rebuilds the product's
connection to the network. Following a reset, most settings configured during initial setup, such as
your user name and password, are retained.
Important: This task is normally performed by the service provider or under the direction of the

service provider. If you arrived at this task on your own, contact your service provider before
proceeding.
To reset the product:
Step 1
Ensure that the power is on.
Step 2
Using a sharp-pointed object, such as a toothpick or pen, press and hold the Reset button for 10
seconds or longer, and then release the button.
Step 3
Make sure that the product restarts.
