power down the device by removing the AC adapter, and wait for approximately 30 minutes before reconnecting
the AC adapter. This will allow the device to adopt new settings.
WAN LED is Fast Blinking Green
Files are downloading. This is normal. The LED should change to a steady green momentarily.
WAN LED is Slow Blinking Green
An NTP access error has occurred. If the problem does not resolve itself in a few minutes, contact customer
support.
WAN LED is Steady Orange
A link error has occurred in the network. Contact customer support.
WAN LED is Fast Blinking Orange
A link error occurred while downloading files. If the problem does not resolve itself in a few minutes, contact
customer support.
WAN LED is Slow Blinking Orange
A link error (NTP access error) has occurred in the network. If the problem does not resolve itself in a few minutes,
contact customer support.
LTE LED is Off
Power is off, or the LTE signal is off. Verify that the product is receiving power. If the product is receiving power,
verify that all cables and securely connected to the appropriate ports. If the LTE LED remains off, contact customer
support.
LTE LED is Fast Blinking Green
Radio frequency (RF) validation is in progress. When complete, the LTE LED should turn steady green, indicating
normal operation.
LTE LED is Slow Blinking Green
NTP calibration error during synchronization
LTE LED is Fast Blinking Orange
