Maintenance of the battery charger Green 6 48/50

The batteries are charged automatically when the machine is connected to the main power.
The BMG 2200RC is equipped with the HF E 48-50 high frequency traction-battery charger.
Do not expose the battery charger to rain, water splashes, steam or other form of liquid.
Keep the battery charger as dust free as possible.
To reduce risk or injury, only charge Husqvarna approved batteries. Do not charge other types of
rechargeable or non-rechargeable batteries as they can explode and cause damage or injury.
Do not open the battery charger because there are no parts which can be serviced and/or replaced.
Only specialized personnel, authorized by Husqvarna servicing can opent the device.
Electrical / electronic components inside can cause electric shocks even if the device is disconnected.
Disconnect the machine from the mains before you clean the charger or connect and disconnect the
batteries.
During normal operation of the battery charger, the external surface is hot and can stay hot for a certain
period of time after the machine is stopped.
Special maintenance is not required for the battery charger, only regular cleaning procedures. It is
recommended to use pressurized air to blow the inside of the charger clean from accumulated dust.
Clean the battery charger every week or more often if the work area is very dusty.
DO NOT use water and / or detergents of any kind to clean.
The USB port is a servicing port to set the parameters of the charger and download the historical data
and graphs.
