4-6-4, TONE OPERATION
In Europe a 1750 Hz tone is used in transmit. Press
and hold the TONE key to transmit the access tone,
then press the PTT switch.
Since use of this tone is required in the Europe and
the United Kingdom, and 1750 Hz tone encoder is in-
cluded as standard equipment.
