The following shows the setting example of ODBC setting in the following conditions.

*1 A data source name can be set arbitrary.
The name set in this setting is used as a name to be entered for "Data Source Name" under "Target Server Individual Settings" in "Target
Server Settings."
*2 The server name is a name for accessing a Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database.
It is the one entered when installing Microsoft SQL Server 2012.
It can be checked in SQL Sever Management Studio.

Start ODBC Data Source Administrator.

Select the [System DSN] tab and click the [Add] button.

Select "SQL Server Native Client 11.0", and click the
[Finish] button.

Set the following items and click the [Next] button.
• Data source name: SAMPLE
• Server name: SAMPLESRV
5.
Select "With SQL Server authentication using a login ID
and password entered by the user.", and enter "Login
ID" and "Password", and click the [Next] button.
