Microphone Seal
7.15.1 Remove:
1. Gently lift up around the Microphone seal perimeter until released. Do not push or touch
microphone (See Figure 7-13).
NOTE: Mic is soldered in place. Do not pry.
2. Check microphone seal and seating area for dirt. Clean as needed with soft, dry, lint-less cloth.
7.15.2 Install:
NOTE: Do not contaminate microphone or seal. Use clean tools.
1. Slip microphone seal over microphone. Carefully tamp down around microphone perimeter until
seated.
