Simplex Base Station
Single radio application, where the environment is such that installation within a base station/
repeater housing kit is not required, or is sourced by a dealer for special applications, eg IP67
enclosure for roof top applications.
The ENLN4056 (Tone and Repeater Interface Kit - TRICK) provides a Tone Remote Control (TRC)
interface between a single radio and a wireline control console (such as the Motorola Centro Plus)
as shown in Figure 1-1 below.

Semi-duplex Base Station/Repeater
In this configuration the TRICK provides a Tone Remote Control (TRC) interface between two mobile
radios and a wireline control console (such as the Motorola Centro Plus) as shown in Figure 1-2
below.
