a commercial online service or the Internet

Fax Service to NECCSD Technical Support Services

Internet World Wide Web and NECCSD FTP Site

NECCSD Technical Support Services (U.S. customers
only).
If you have access to a modem and/or fax machine
(telephone for Technical Support), you can use these
services to obtain information about your system at any
time, day or night, seven days a week.
Not only do these services provide general information
about your system, they can also be used to answer your
questions and help solve any problems you may have with
your system, should that ever be necessary.
