A fatal error has

Remove the metal
plate on the left side of
the print head to
release the print head.
Restart the printer by
pressing the Power
button.
Remove the metal
plate on the left side of
the print head to
release the print head.
Turn the printer off,
leave it for a while, and
then turn the printer on
again. If this message
appears on the LCD
panel again, note the
code and then contact
your dealer. See
"Contacting Customer
Support" on page 316.
