Warehouse Case 2 – Adaptive Mode AP + Clients
Now consider the exact same configuration as in Case 1, except that now the
Warehouse APs have been configured with Adaptive Mode set to "AP+Clients".

Settings

Adaptive Mode – The only difference between Warehouse Case 1 and 2 is
that Adaptive Mode has been set to "AP+Clients" on all APs in Case 2.

Results with Adaptive Mode AP + Clients

In this case, beacons and data are set to different power levels as follows:
Beacon power levels – Beacons are transmitted with no power reduc-
tion, other than the overall Tx Power Reduction control, which is not part
of .
Data power levels – Data transmissions are attenuated to minimize co-
channel interference with the closest AP, but attenuation will decrease
further (that is, higher transmit power) to maintain connection with the
associated station with the lowest RSSI. That is, the AP will always
attempt to maintain a connection with a client that might otherwise be
out of range.
