The Grantee
or its agent
shall provide
the user of the registered
equipment
with
the following:

Instructions
concerning
installation.

and repair
procedures,

applicable.

Notification
that the registered
terminal
equipment
may not be usedwith
party lines or coin lines.

Instruction
indicating
that
when
trouble
is experienced
the customer
shall
disconnect
the
registered
equipment
from the telephone
line to determine
whether
it is malfunctioning.
If so, the
use of such equipment
shall be discontinued
until the problem
has been corrected.
