To Register a Callback Message:
1. Press your telephone's
Message Waiting
(MESSAGE) access key.
To Register a Predefined Text
Message:
1. Press the MSG soft key.
2. Press the NEXT soft key to
display messages 5 ~ 8.

MESSAGE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Callback Messaging
After dialing a busy or unanswered station:
Listen for success tone.
A message will be left at the called station and that station's MESSAGE
LED will light.
If the called station is a PERCEPTION 4000 HDT2020SD digital
telephone, the station will display the number of messages left at the
station. When the called party accesses the registered message(s),
he/she can view each message individually and selectively return,
cancel, or skip each message.

After dialing a busy or unanswered station:
The text messaging menu for messages 1 ~ 4 will be displayed.
