Using the single-sheet feed

The single-sheet feed is used for the separate printing of single media, such as:
• Copies
• Letterhead pages
• Envelopes
• Films
• Single pages (max. 120 g)
The single-sheet feed can also be used to copy
(see page
51).
Raise the exit document tray until
it locks in the raised position.
Move the document guides to
their outermost positions.

28), to print via the PC and for the TX report function
Place a sheet of paper into the
single-sheet feed.
Please do not insert more
than one sheet into the
single-sheet feed. Otherwise,
a paper jam will occur.
Adjust the lateral document guides
according to the dimensions of the
paper.
Return the exit document tray to
its original position.
NOTE
The single-sheet feed cannot be
operated separately. If paper is
located in the single-sheet feed,
the fax machine automatically
uses the single-sheet feed for
printing. The paper is printed on
the side facing up.
