Copy reduction

If the document to be copied is 10 mm larger than A4 format, the additional length is automatically printed on a
second page. If you wish to prevent a second page from being printed, you can activate the copy reduction
facility. In this case, the copy is reduced to max. 73%. If the reduction scale is not sufficient, a second page is
automatically printed.

Setting the rings to answer

If your fax machine is configured for automatic reception (Fax, Tel/Fax,
immediately upon being called. Therefore, it is not possible to intercept the call via an optional telephone.
However, you can configure your fax machine to activate - in the event of a call - after a predetermined delay
via the rings to answer function. This function allows you to determine the number of rings (max. 10) after
which the fax machine answers the call.
