Memory reception

Under certain circumstances, the machine cannot print out any further incoming copies:
• If there is no recording paper
• If there is a paper jam
In order to prevent problems with reception, the remaining pages are buffered in the memory of your fax
machine. Once the problem has been solved, the document is printed out automatically.
The contents of the memory are lost in the event of a power failure.
If the fax machine is to receive documents (in memory) in the event of paper-out or paper jam, the memory
reception facility must be activated. This ensures that the fax machine is still able to receive documents
outside normal business hours (e.g. at weekend or during the night).
When the memory capacity is full, no further calls will be accepted.
