The clock is not on time.
The clock time may become wrong while turning on
the power for a long time. Set Auto time adjust of
Date and time setting to "ON" and turn the power off
and on in a place with strong radio wave conditions.

Calls
Calls are not connected (Even when moving, "
(out of service area)" does not disappear or
although radio waves are enough, making/
receiving calls is unavailable).
Turn the power off and on, or remove and attach
the battery pack or the docomo mini UIM card.
Even when the radio wave condition is "Not out of
service area"/"
conditions", due to the type of radio waves,
making/receiving calls may be unavailable. Move
to call again.
Is Call rejection setting or 3G/GSM setting set?
Due to the crossing of radio waves, at the crowded
public places, calls/mails are crossed and the
connection status may not be good. In this case,
"Please wait for a while" appears and the caller
hears a busy tone. Move to other place or call
again at other time.
Calls cannot be made using the keypads.
Have you activated All lock, Omakase Lock, Self
mode, Keypad dial lock, Auto-key lock or Call/Mail of
Function lock under Kid-safe mode?

Camera
Still images or moving pictures taken with the
camera are blurry
Make sure that the camera lens is not obscured or
stained.
Use Auto for Shoot by scene.
Auto focus (Manual) or Tracking focus can also be
used to focus.
When shooting an object at a close range, set AF
mode to "Close-up", and when shooting people,
switch to "Face priority AF".
Set Fix camera shake and shoot.

Osaifu-Keitai
Osaifu-Keitai function is unavailable.
When removing the battery pack, IC card functions
are unavailable regardless of the IC card lock
settings.
Have you activated Omakase Lock or IC card lock?
Do you place mark of FOMA terminal over IC
card reader?
