network port.
 0: An IP phone selects a
connection mode based on the
network environment.
 1: full duplex, 10 Mbit/s
 2: full duplex, 100 Mbit/s
 3: half duplex, 10 Mbit/s

4: half duplex, 100 Mbit/s
Default value: 0
