No audio from the speaker.
Check the speaker resistance.
Does it measure
around 16 ohms ?
No
Does it measure less
than 8 ohms ?
No
Replace the speaker
Connect a known good 16 ohms

Replace the MAIN Board.
Replace the speaker
But note that a speaker with very low resistance
can damage the audio amp on the MAIN Board.
Run the projector with audio for about 30 minutes.
If the problem returns, replace both the MAIN Board
and the speaker if resistance no longer measures
between around 16 ohms.
Is audio OK ?
