Troubleshooting Camera Problems
Camera isn't recognized from the projector.
The error code is Camera error (No.13) at service mode.
The image of Camera is not correct.
Check the RGB cable is a attachment and make sure it is good.
Check the Input mode is computer 2
Is the Camera
recognized?
If camera problems still remain,
substitude known good MAIN Board.
Is camera OK ?
Replace the Document Camera.
