Check the each pin voltage of IC107.

Is 1pin 3.4V ? If it is 0V, replace Q107.
Is 2pin 2.5V ? If it is 0V, replace IC104.
Is 3pin 1.5V ? If it is 0V, replace IC101．

Replace X100.
