Synchronization is disabled.
Is the logical drive in the critical state, isn't it?
→ Replace the defected HDD and perform rebuild.
Is the RAID level of the logical level RAID0, isn't it?
→ Synchronization is not possible because of no redundancy in RAID0. Use media patrol for
preventive maintenance of HDDs.
LED does not go on.
Are the I2C and LED cables connected
→ Connect cables correctly.
Additional battery is not recognized.
Is the additional battery connected correctly?
→ Connect the additional battery correctly.
Is the additional battery charged enough?
→ The additional battery may not be recognized if it is not charged at all.
Turn on the power of the server and leave it for six hours or longer. Then start the additional
battery to check whether it is recognized.
If the additional battery is not recognized still despite the above actions, the battery may be
defected. Contact your sales representative.
