r_Ctrl_Td = 0.0: Derivative action is deactivated
r_Ctrl_Td is retentive.
Active derivative delay coefficient
r_Ctrl_A is retentive.
Active proportional action weighting
r_Ctrl_B is retentive.
Active derivative action weighting
r_Ctrl_C is retentive.
Active sampling time of the PID algorithm
r_Ctrl_Cycle is calculated during tuning and rounded
to an integer multiple of r_Cycle.
r_Ctrl_Cycle is used as time period of the pulse width
modulation.
