Playing back calls

From the view menu, select Call Records View. By default the call records view will display the last 50
calls for the current day. Calls that have been recorded will show a speaker icon meaning they have
been recorded. To play a call that has been recorded, double click the speaker icon on the call record.
After you have double clicked the speaker, the player will load and play the call. The screenshot below
is of the enhanced player.
