Press <DISPLAY> + an autodial key to display the function of
that key (for example, how it is programmed).

Activate headset mode by pressing an autodial key.

Press to place a call on hold and provide a display of the held call.

occupy a CAP.

Distinguishes incoming calls from outside the facility. When an
outside call rings at your console, the <INC> key and the <ANS>
