Placing the
conference on
hold

If you drop out of a multiparty conference, the remaining
conferees at your facility cannot transfer or add other
members to the conference. (Dropping out of a three-party
conference does not affect the internal, remaining parties
this way.)
Follow these steps to place a conference on hold:

Press <HOLD> to place the conference on hold.
You can only hold a conference by pressing the
<HOLD> key. Soft park and hold loops cannot be
used to hold a conference.

Press <START>, then the winking CAP representing
the held conference to retrieve the held conference.
