3. Install the tilt ram assembly into the tilt
cylinder, and then tighten the tilt cylinder
end screw 1 to the specified torque.

NOTE:
Place the tilt cylinder end screw at the bottom
of the tilt ram and install the tilt ram assembly
into the tilt cylinder.
Cylinder-end screw wrench 2:
90890-06568
Tilt cylinder end screw 1:
90 N·m (9.0 kgf·m, 66.4 ft·lb)

Bleeding the PTT unit

1. Tighten the manual valve 1 by turning it
counterclockwise.
Manual valve 1:
3 N·m (0.3 kgf·m, 2.2 ft·lb)
