Regarding the Open Source Software Copyright
This product uses open source software in addition to the software for which Epson possesses the rights.
Information related to the open source software used for this product is as follows:
LGPL
1. We use open source software subject to GNU LESSER General Public License Version 2.1, February 1999 or a
subsequent version thereof (hereinafter, the "LGPL") in this product.

2. We disclose the source code of the open source software subject to the LGPL included with this product according to
the terms of the LGPL. If you would like to reproduce, modify, or distribute the said open source software, please
download the source code from the site below.

If performing reproduction, modification, or distribution of the said open source software, do so in accordance with
the terms of the GPL and LGPL. Furthermore, the said open source software programs are provided as-is and without
any warranty of any kind. The "warranty" stated here includes but is not limited to warranties related to
commodification, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement on third party rights
(including but not limited to patent rights, copyrights, and trade secrets).
3. As stated in Paragraph 2 above, the open source software subject to the LGPL included with this product is, by its
nature, without any warranty. However, the warranty conditions (specified in the warranty card) provided by Epson in
relation to troubles (including troubles caused by the said open source software) in the product are not affected.
4. The open source software subject to the LGPL included with this product and the copyright thereof are included in the
source code disclosed in Paragraph 2.
