Cannot Detect / Install StarterInk / Wrong Ink Color
Problem with the Ink cartridge IC chip
<User Check>
- Check if an incompatible Ink cartridge is loaded.
- Reload the Ink cartridge.
- Replace the Ink cartridge.
- Check if the wrong color Ink cartridge is set.
