DOCUMENT JAM
During document scanning, the Document detection sensor detected that the document is
pulled out. Or, the Document scanning position sensor could not detect a document within
the specified time.
<User Check>
- Remove the jammed document.

Cause
Remove foreign materials.
Reattach the Document detection actuator.
Reconnect the Document scanning position
sensor harness.
Replace the Document separate roller ASSY.
Replace the Document scanning position
sensor PCB.
Replace the ADF unit.
Replace the Main PCB ASSY.
Cause
Acquire white level data.

Clean the white reference film of the Document
scanner unit.
