G3 I/O and I/O module registration

Register G3 I/O unit and I/O module.
Create a new G3 I/O unit.
Select [Unit], and select [File]-[New] from the menu.
Register the basic unit and the expansion unit
From the dropdown list, select a unit number and unit catcode.
