WARNING
Incorrect battery cable routing could damage
the tractor and cables, causing sparks.
Sparks can cause the battery gasses to
explode, resulting in personal injury.
• Always disconnect the negative (black)
battery cable before disconnecting the
positive (red) cable.
• Always connect the positive (red) battery
cable before connecting the negative
(black) cable.
If corrosion occurs at the terminals, disconnect the
cables, negative (-) cable first, and scrape the clamps
and terminals separately. Connect the cables, positive
(+) cable first, and coat the terminals with petroleum
jelly.

Locating the Fuses

The fuses in the electrical system are located under
the seat
(Figure
38).
1. Diagnostic lights, and
glow—7.5 A
2. Reel engage, lift/lower,
fan—7.5 A
3. Lift reel, E-reel enable,
and over temp—7.5 A
4. No fuse
The fuses for the E-reel wire harness are located
under the right side-cover, below the console
