The following is a setting that pin P12_00 is assigned RTC_IRQ_OUT role.

The following is a setting that pin P12_00 is assigned RTC_IRQ_OUT role (Open Drain). The pin becomes to
operate as Open Drain. By using the register of RTC0, set the External Alarm Output Select Signal to negative
logic (RTC0_RTC_CTL.EXTALM_POL=1).

