    1 Overview Overview 1.1 Overview The TP48200A-HX09A2 is a south-type heat exchange power cabinet that supplies power to -48 V DC outdoor communications equipment. The TBC300A-TCA2 is a thermoelectric cooler (TEC) battery cabinet that backs up power for communications equipment.
