Installing the hose connectors using security clamp collars

Hose connectors manufactured out of a copper-nickel alloy are included in the accessories
pack to attach the hoses to the connections for the liquid coolant. These hose connectors
must be used in order to avoid corrosion.
The hose connectors with the associated clamp collars are suitable for hoses with a nominal
diameter of 19 mm and an outer diameter of 30 mm - 33 mm.

You require the following components for the installation:
Hose connectors
•
Clamp collars with nuts and bolts
•
Hose
•
Tools required:
5 mm Allen key
•
If necessary, a vice
•
Cut the hoses so the ends are straight and insert the hose
connectors into the hose until they are flush with the security
flange.
