(11) Press the [F1] (FWD) key and execute step feed. " (4)Specify the mark in three・・・" is displayed.
Specify four points in the calibration sheet by using the N-point calibration tool of In-Sight Explorer.
1) End [Live Video] of In-Sight Explorer, and select [Inspect Part] button of "Application Steps".
2) Select [Geometry Tools] - [User-Defined Point] in "Add tool".
