Operation Method
Verify the circuit breaker
labels by referring to the
power supply and distribution
system diagram.
Verify that circuit breakers can
be smoothly switched on and
off.
Check the circuit breaker
status.
Verify the phase sequences of
upstream and downstream power
distribution devices of the
FusionModule1000 using a phase
sequence meter.
Measure the voltage at the ATS
input end using a multimeter.
Measure the frequency at the ATS
input end using a multimeter.
Check the number of batteries.
Check battery connection.
Measure the battery cell
voltage using a multimeter.
Measure the battery string
voltage using a multimeter.
Verify that the L1, L2, L3, N, and
PE wires are connected for the
indoor and outdoor units in the
correct phase sequence using a
phase sequence meter.
Check whether the water refill
valve is open, and whether the
water refill pressure meets the
requirement.
Check the outdoor unit air intake
and exhaust vents.

5 Check Before Power-On
Reference
Circuit breaker labels are correct,
clear, complete, and attached
properly.
Ensure that all load circuit breakers
are reliable and controllable.
All PDC, PDB, and PDU circuit
breakers are in the OFF state, and
all SPD circuit breakers are in the
ON state.
The phase sequences are consistent.
The voltage is in the range of 342–418
V.
Frequency range for the 50 Hz
scenario: 49–51 Hz
Frequency range for the 60 Hz
scenario: 59–61 Hz
The batteries are correct in quantity
and intact.
Batteries are connected based on
the design requirements and
installed securely. Battery
electrodes are correctly connected.
The voltage is within the rated
voltage range of batteries. The
battery string voltage equals the
single battery voltage multiplied by
the number of batteries.
The voltage measurement result
meets the requirement of system
power backup.
The phase sequence is correct.
The water refill valve is open, and the
water refill pressure is 0.1–0.7 MPa.
Outdoor unit air intake and exhaust
vents are not blocked.
