Installation Guide
When fixing the tabletop displays, wear safety glasses to prevent dust from entering your eyes.
To fix the tabletop displays:
1. Insert four M6 x 25 countersunk screws into the screw holes in the tabletop displays through
the securing tabs, and partially tighten the screws.
2. Adjust the height of the tabletop displays until they are flush with the tabletop.

3. Adjust the gaps between the edges of the tabletop displays and the tabletop to ensure that
the gaps around the edges, other than the leading edge of the table top display mechanism,
furthest to conference participants, are even and the gap around the leading edge is larger
than the other gaps.

NOTICE
Arrange one person to monitor the height of the tabletop displays.
Arrange another person under the conference table to adjust the four screws circled
in red in Figure 8-21. Turn the screws anticlockwise to lower the tabletop display and
clockwise to raise the tabletop display.

Arrange one person to hold the tabletop display under the conference table and adjust
its position.
Arrange another person to watch the gaps between the edges of the tabletop displays
and the tabletop.
