(2) Connecting the coaxial cable connectors
The following section explains how to connect the BNC connector (the connector
plug for the coaxial cable) to the cable.
(a)
Using a BNC connector manufactured by DDK Ltd.
The following explains how to connect the BNC-P-3-NiCAu or BNC-P-5-
NiCAu to the cable.
 Solder the coaxial cable connectors properly. Insufficient soldering may result in
malfunctions.

Cut the portion of the outer sheath of the coaxial cable as
shown in the diagram below.
Cut this portion of the outer sheath

Fit the nut, washer, gasket and clamp onto the coaxial
cable, as shown below, and then loosen the external
conductor.
3)
Cut the external conductor, insulating material and internal
conductor to the dimensions shown below. Note that the
external conductor should be cut to the same dimension
as the tapered section of the clamp and smoothed down
to the clamp.
