Power Cables and PGND Cables -- Upward Cabling
•Power Cables and PGND Cables -- Upward Cabling (N1PDU)
Do not install or demount the power cable while the power is on. To avoid personal Phillips screwdriver
injuries, turn off the corresponding power before performing the operations.
A torque spanner is required to fasten external power cables. The force moment
shall be controlled.
Otherwise, the bolt may be broken. If there is no torque spanner, do use the socket
wrench to fasten the cables to make sure a reliable connection. When the cable is
fastened to such an extent that the spring washer is flattened, do not fasten it
further. Adjustable wrench
The signal cable, power cable and fiber jumper should be routed and bundled
separately, with a spacing of more than 3 cm between each other. Connect
these cables in sequence: PGND cable > BGND power cables >-48 V power
cables.

Route the power cables and the PGND cables on the upper cable tray. Connect the PGND cables to the
ground screws on the top of the cabinet. Route the power cables through the cable hole on the top of the
cabinet, and then route the power cables to the wiring terminal of the DC power distribution box.
Plug the two-hole OT terminals of the power cables, from top downwards, with the fluted sides facing the front
side of the cabinet, into the wiring terminals marked with RTN(+) and NEG(-) respectively on the DC power
distribution box.
