During document scanning, the document detection sensor detected that the document is pulled out.
Or, the document scanning position sensor could not detect a document within the specified time.

- Remove the jammed document.

Remove foreign materials.
Reattach the document detection actuator.
Reconnect the document scanning position sensor
harness.
Replace the document scanning position sensor PCB
ASSY.

Replace the main PCB ASSY.

Acquire white level data.

Clean the white reference film of the document
