How to Set the Characteristics of the External Input

– Start:
The timing system is armed by pressing the Run icon. The user
interface displays HALTED as long as the system is not yet started.
The timing system is started with the first edge according to the
chosen polarity. The system is stopped, when the Stop icon is pressed
or the sequence terminates.
– Stop:
The timing system is started by pressing the Run icon. The timing
system is halted by the first edge according to the chosen polarity and
stopped, when the Stop icon is pressed or the sequence terminates.

4 Specify the trigger polarity.
5 Enter an appropriate threshold voltage for the external input.
6 Enter an appropriate termination voltage, if required.
