Section 4 - Configuration
WAN Failover allows the device to switch to another WAN or Internet
connection in the event that the primary connection becomes unavailable.
Toggle to enable WAN Failover.
Enable:
Connections IPv4
Select your primary internet connection from the list.
Connection:
Switch to enable or disable status checking.
Status of
checking:
Checking availability of hosts
Specify the frequency to check your connection in seconds. The

default setting is 10 seconds.
Specify the amount of time in seconds the device will wait before
Timeout check:
considering a ping to have timed out.
Specify the number of consecutive checks before switching.
Number of checks:
Test hosts
Click here to add additional test host IPs. Specify a test host IP address
ADD HOST:
the router will use to determine the status of the connection. The
default setting is 8.8.8.8, which is the public Google DNS.
Click Apply when you are done.
