Correctly backing up is not possible (and the backup software does not recognize the drive).
Make sure that the backup software is correctly installed.
Make sure that there is no conflict between software products.
→ If two device drivers that cannot be used at the same time are incorporated, one
might have to be removed. For details, see the software user's guide.
Correctly backing up is not possible (and the LED is blinking or SCD displays error code).
Refer to the instruction manual about LED or SCD display message.
→ If the problem recurs after cleaning and then attempting another backup, replace
the data cartridge.
The data cartridge cannot be ejected.
If the cartridge is not ejected even when the drive EJECT button is pressed, the drive
might have been locked by backup software.

Tape might be jammed in LTO drive.
→ If the LTO drive which occurs tape jam, internal mechanism of the LTO drive may
have been damaged. Contact your service representative.
