Internet Explorer

You can connect to Internet Explorer in two ways: by connecting the Workabout Pro4 directly to the Internet or
by connecting through your PC (see

Browsing Web Sites

There is little difference between the standard Internet Explorer found on your PC and that found on your
Workabout Pro4, sometimes referred to as Pocket Internet Explorer. You can enter URLs, set a 'home page',
turn images on and off, e-mail links to friends, and so on.
To go to a web site:
Connect your Workabout Pro4 to the Internet. (If you're not certain how to do this, refer to
Connecting to the Internet" on page
Tap on Start>Internet Explorer to open Internet Explorer.
Tap on the address bar – the field near the top of the screen where URLs are entered – to highlight the
current URL.
Type a new URL in the address bar.
Tapping on the softkeys in the softkey bar at the bottom of the screen displays Internet Explorer commands like
those you find on your PC.

Calendar

This option is used to map out all your upcoming appointments, meetings and so on in the weeks, months and
years ahead.
