Maintenance Procedure
• Torque the wheel-lug nuts.
• Replace the hydraulic filter.
• Change the drive-motor gear oil.
• Grease the machine. (Grease immediately after every washing.)
• Check the static strap; replace it if worn or missing.
• Check the tire treads.
• Remove debris from the machine.
• Check for loose fasteners.
• Check the hydraulic lines for leaks, loose fittings, kinked lines, loose mounting
supports, wear, weather, and chemical deterioration.
• Check the hydraulic-fluid level.
• Torque the wheel-lug nuts.
• Replace the hydraulic filter.
• Change the drive-motor gear oil.
• Replace all moving hydraulic hoses.
• Change the hydraulic fluid.
• Touch up chipped paint.
