Removing Debris from the
Cooling System
Service Interval: Before each use or daily (More
frequently in dirty operating
conditions).
Every 100 hours—Inspect the cooling system
hoses.
Every 2 years—Flush and replace the cooling
system fluid.

Prepare the machine for maintenance; refer to
Preparing for Maintenance (page

Open the hood; refer to
44).
3.
Thoroughly clean all debris out of the engine
area.
4.
Close and latch the hood; refer to
Hood (page
44).
5.
Unlatch the rear screen and pivot it open

Thoroughly clean the screen with compressed

Rotate the 2 oil-cooler latches inward, and tilt
oil cooler
