Problem
The filter cleaning
system does not op-
erate correctly.
The motor is on but
there is no suction.

Troubleshooting

Cause
There is no pressure or not sufficient pres-
sure in the pressure tank.
There is too much moisture in the pressure
tank.
The Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
does not operate correctly or the settings are
incorrect.
The primary filters are dirty.
There is a leakage in the dust collection sys-
tem.
The dust extraction hose is incorrectly instal-
led or damaged.
The tension of the V-belt is incorrect.
The phases are incorrect.
The motor protection switch releases be-
cause of motor overload.
The primary filters are damaged or incorrect-
ly installed.
There are loose screws and nuts.
There is a fault with the bearings.
The air flow hatch is damaged.
The HEPA filter is damaged.
The filter for the water separator is dirty or
damaged.
The filters for the compressor are dirty or
damaged.
There is a leakage in the tubes.
The control valve is damaged.
Solution
Do a check of the pneumatic system.
Clean the compressor filters. Refer to
clean the compressor filters on page 17 .
Remove all moisture from the pressure tank.
To drain the water from the pressure

Speak to an approved service agent.
Clean the primary filters. Refer to
the primary filters on page 18 . Replace the
primary filters if it is necessary. Refer to
replace the primary filters on page 19 .
Do a check of the dust storage system for
seals and leakages. Replace if it is necessa-
ry.
Do a check of the dust extraction hose. Re-
place if it is necessary.
Do a check of the tension of the V-belt.
Change the phase sequence. Refer to
the correct phase on page 11 .
Make sure that you use the correct power
supply.
Let an electrician do a check of the fault.
