The status of the functional safety command of each axis is stored.

command are not be used.
(Note-2): The bits are in reverse to the bits of the command signals for

: STO signal
When the STO signal is turned OFF, the STO function
of the servo amplifier operates and power supply is
shut-off.

When the SS1 command is turned ON, the SS1
function of the servo amplifier operates.
: SS2 command
When the SS2 command is turned ON, the SS2
function of the servo amplifier operates.
: SLS1 to SLS4 command
When the SLS1 to SLS4 command is turned ON, the
SLS function of the servo amplifier operates.
