distributor and provide the following information:

Solution
Execute [Blade Adjustment] from the [Maintenance
Menu].
Adjust backstop position.
*Refer to [Loading Fiber in Cleaver] section.
Clean the clamp.
*Refer to the [Daily Maintenance] and [Loading
Fiber into the Cleaver] section.
Confirm the release latch closes completely when
clamps are closed.
Clean the clamp.
*Refer to the [Daily Maintenance] and [Loading
Fiber into the Cleaver] section.
Increase the [Left/Right Clamp Force].
Select and install proper insert.
Refer to [Insert selection guide].
Increase the value of [Tension Fine Adjust]
Execute [Blade Adjustment].
